That one worked great for me.

I put out 25 signs today and already got 1 call from someone with 6 houses to sell !!!
I"ve been using a variety of verbiage:
We buy houses xxx-xxx-xxxx
we buy ugly houses xxx-xxx-xxxx
sell your house xxx-xxx-xxxx no hassles
we buy & sell houses any condition & location xxx-xxx-xxxx
etc

So you had bandit signs you put out that got a seller calling you with 6 houses? So are these properties they want to get rid of then?
are they good deals?
will you guys be able to get them under contract and sell them off or what is happening.
I worked with a guy that all he did was 100% bandit signs
He had signs both geared for buyers and sellers
for example:
3/2 Handy man home for sale Cash only (Buyers)
We buy homes any condition (sellers)
had them all over his county & would drive out every Tuesday & Friday to post them.
That is all he did
It worked very well for him, He closed multiple deals all from leads that found his signs and contacted him. Both the buyers and sellers involved.
