I know that Dean had a program set up with COA several years ago for his students, however I don’t know if they still are around and offer that program.

As a coach for Dean I know that he recommends students to use Google Voice when they are starting to invest in their “back yard”. There are multiple advantages of using Google Voice … 1st it is FREE!!! 2nd it will allow you
to set up a local phone number (which will be forwarded to any phone you want). Research has shown that by having a local phone, more people are going to be willing to call the number. People see a local number and
they don’t feel intimidated by calling you, because they see you as somebody that is in their area and knows the area. Many times people won’t call a toll free number because they think it is some BIG real estate company
that is located outside of your local market and they will not be able to relate to you or know your market.
