Wholesaling Contracts on EBAY?

Wholesaling Contracts on EBAY?

Im was just sitting thinking about better marketing strategies and then it came to me that I never heard of any wholesalers using Ebay to market their deals. Is there a reason behind this? I looked at the requirements and theres a listing fee around 100 bucks (depending on how long you want the ad to stay active). My questions for more experienced wholesalers is- Is it really worth it? Would I have to be the actual owner to post on Ebay?

I hope

i can run into a Dg'er who has used Ebay to sell their wholesale contracts and get some feedback from someone who's already done it before.

I'm sure it can be done...

in DG's book PFRN, one of his students talks about how she used Ebay to sell a property that she could never sell... she would ask for a non-refundable fee... quite funny story, but I guess you have to read it to see what I mean...

Anyway, I'm sure you can use Ebay to wholesale, if you want to put up the $100, but I think you would be much more successful at wholesaling if you have your buyers ready before you lock up a property. As a matter of fact, I think the difficult part is to get a property under contract, not finding buyers, especially now that the market is turning.

If I'm understanding you correctly, yes you can "market" on ebay, I post free adds on there all the time. Although, I haven't tried wholesaling my contract on there? Of course try the free services first. You create an add something like a Postlet and then send it off, I've had some contact me on there but not a big response from my area. Bigger cites may have bigger responses, try it! Smiling Good luck

My town is ebay classifieds then my city! Really cool!
