Marketing During The Winter Bad Idea??

Every rehabber I know whats to buy now so that their house will be done and ready to market by March or April. The selling season! As far as rentals, landlords are always buying and people are always renting.

The question is, do you know what to do and are you capable of doing so if your marketing provides leads?

With Michael here. As a buy and hold LLC we are always on the move to create more deals. Time of the year makes no difference to us. I love doing a walk thru during a snow storm. It gives me an idea of how motivated the seller is. Boom, in my trap!! I see you have been a member for over 2 years now. Where have you been? I agree with Michael and Jan. Often times when I hear a question like this I think back to when I first started selling various items. I once heard that the best time to sell xyz widget is on Tuesday mornings. Then I read something that said you should be there Wednesday afternoons. Another expert said do it on Thursdays for the best results.

The bottom line is to simply take action. The best time to do anything to build your business is right now! Don't put it off. Don't wait until spring or the snow thaws or any other time. Do it right now - Today! Go put some signs up. Post some ads. Call some Landlords off of the rental ads or signs. Get out there. There will always be reasons why tomorrow is better eventhough it never is. Today - right now - is the best time to market and build your business.

There is lots of money to be made in the winter. When others rest the money makers find deals.
