I've compiled 80+ e-mail addresses of people who buy houses.I think I know what to write but I'm not absolutely sure. I don't want to scare them away. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks The Old Man PS: If they do answer right away do I treat it as a Ghost Ad and tell them it has been put under contract or what?
