Thanks David, this house is in the Oakwood Village sub-division. Even smaller original houses are listed at 20 to 30K higher ... the latest recent sales are 85K, 89K, & 95K & none of those properties have been re-done.

Just to let you know haven't heard from Jim or his buyers about financing. I spoke to the mortgage broker & she has emailed a pre-qualification letter on another couple who came to our open house last Sunday
& wants the house for 80K if we put in a new washer & dryer.
She also explained what to do for people who ZERO money & giving them a 6% concession toward closing costs. She is extremely helpful & I can see how she can people with credit issues, bankruptcies, short sales & foreclosures
financing.
