I want to hear your voicemail

I want to hear your voicemail

If you have one fellow DGer's, i would like to call and listen to get some ideas other than scripts I've read. Looking to add some extensions focused on buyers, sellers and investors along with avoiding foreclosure info. Please PM me your number so I can call, or feel free to post in the forum, could be a great opportunity for others to hear as well.

Remember

Each call you miss could be worth $5k-10k or more!!

ALOT of ppl will NOT leave a message

IF you miss a call, return call ASAP and just say "I'm sorry I missed your call I was on another line, this is Kristen how can I help you?"

ALWAYS have proper forms available to collect all the needed info from your buyers and sellers

90% are using online and websites opposed to phone calling(except bandit calls), so set up an automated website

So helpful

Mike, love reading your advice.I do have a website still under construction, always addring to it, it is doing it's job, I definitely get the voicemail and being able to be available to answer the phone, makes me sad to read people lose business this way. My main reasoning for it, when I am available is its a good resource for a local number, but have it immediately forwarded to my phone, which is non local, i was afraid putting a long distance number on bandits would be a turn off. We'll see.

Thanks again , enjoy the rest of your week!

Kristen

Local Number

Kristen, I have found from experience that having a local number versus a long distance number makes a big difference. What I did to solve the worrisome or trepidation from clients is to get a 1-800 number. Once I did that it calmed them and things are great. Hope this helps.
