new Neighborhood Stabilization Program?

Does anyone know of other government programs in the market today?

I am from California and I hear Simi Valley California has a government program that is a bit hush hush… until NOW ;-D. My sister works for the government party in the area and I hear there is a program in which the government will grant $50k for acquisitions of new properties. Only thing is that it needs to be your primary residence and should you ever decide to sell the property you would need to pay that $50k back.

Allows you to buy now…. Does anyone else know of any other programs?

Most Neighborhood Stabilization Programs are grants that are directed toward non profits, local communities, and towns. It will be quite difficult to make a profit from them unless you chair an official department within the city.
