OfflineHey DG family...I know that many of you invest/wholesale in Kansas City, MO. I'm looking to get started in this area. Which particular areas are the investing hot spots? Thanks in advance for any feedback that you can provide.

For flipping it's Johnson County specifically Mission Hills this is a higher end area but red hot-I get a ton of calls from a ghost ad I use for that area-and needd deals for that area & also Praire Village, Overland Park, Lenexa.
Buy n hold more more for KC MO & surrounding areas there like Independence & Gladstone although you can still flip in these areas in certain areas of KC MO, not so much independence.
