Anyone know of any investor friendly realtor's in Charlotte, NC?

This is my first time posting to the DG forums.

I would suggest creating an account on Trulia and asking that such question. One tip though, and I got this from the 30 Days Quick Cash thread, make sure you put in the further details that you are "Looking for someone a little different."

Here is what I put this past thursday:

Is there an agent (who is investor friendly) that could send me a list of cash sales in the Escondido (or surrounding) area in the past 120 days?
Looking for someone who is willing to think a little different.

I've already had 5 different responses of which 3 were listed as agents and 2 were listed as brokers.

Already emailed and got the MLS listing from the first broker I contacted, and he even widened the timeframe to include everything since the beginning of the year.

I spoke with one agent on the phone shortly after he answered my question and probably made myself sound like I didn't have a clue what I was doing. The other two agents who answered responded that they would send that list if I just sent them an email.

So to wrap this up quickly, you need to think a little differently yourself in order to find that agent who will work with you and whom you can work with.
