I'm Jeff from south seattle, wa.....i'm been with deans program a year or so now and really love it.....i invested in a condo last oct and rent a room out, however, i do want to make other investments as well....i've become Inc, and want to take ful advantage of that...get back to me and let's share ideas!

Thanks for getting back to me so soon. I've also inc. and would love to share. I'm new to this kind of investing and at this point I'm trying to get my feet under me to learn as much as I can as soon as I can. I want to focus on forclosures/short sales right now. I have one I'm working on right now, a person I know owes the house and I'm in the middle of doing the research right now. My coach has given me homework to get pre-qualified and find buyers. Right now I'm feeling like my head is swimming with so much new information that it's hard to know which way to turn. I'm looking forward to being able to talk with other folks who are doing this so I can stay on track and motivated. I took a furlough from work this summer along with 3 other people to save 4 people from getting laid off. So I'm wanting to make the best of my time and get a lot done to get my business off to a great start. I've been a city bus driver for 20 years and would like to start working smarter instead of harder.

I've been doing alot of networking. Have joined two clubs, and I'm going to a meeting tonight on distressed property, hope to do some networking there. Trying to put a team together here in Eugene, but would like to meet up with some investors in Portland too. Have been at the computer too much would like to get out and make something happen. I'm meeting with a broker Thursday who sounds like he'll be great to work with. Still looking for realtors that think out side the box that I can work with. And I'm trying to get a buyers list happening. Keep on going...

Sure wish I could connect with DG folks in my area. Anyone out there who would like to have coffee and share?
