Hamilton, NJ Fix-and-Flip Deal

Hello, DG fam. I have a property in Hamilton Township, NJ (08619) that I'm seeking to resell. It's a fix-and-flip deal, and an incredible one at that. My intentions were to remodel this house personally with my partner, but due to health concerns and family emergencies, I'll be flipping this as-is to another investor. PM me for details.
