OfflineHey Everybody...i'm new to Dean's family and new to this site...but very, very serious about this.
In the past couple weeks I have decided I needed a major change of focus in my life and have decided to run full force in this opportunity for a better future for my family and my myself.
Just wanted to start a forum and start mingling with people who would like to offer social support and vice versa. I have began the 30 day to real estate cash book and I'm still nervous about the whole thing but very excited to see it work.

I felt the same way you are Very nervous..That all changed after the first couple phone Calls..I felt like I did know what to say to people but it turns out that I knew more than I thought and it was alot easier to talk to people even on the street..So just hang in there and it will happen..FYI build a very good Buyers List
Invest deeply in PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. It will help you through rough times. When you have about 30 minutes of free time, check out this great video by Earl Nightingale. Napoleon Hill, who wrote "Think & Grow Rich", passed the torch to Earl. He have some great books to inspire you. DG's books are great, but you also need to go out and take action; keep reading the threads on this site and you will become familiar with the rei lingo very quickly.
Also, watch DG's weekly blogs-they are great, and use all the student resources available here...

thank you all for your support! I actually have a question that Im not sure how to ask....but im in the process of looking for the perfect real estate agent and ive sent letters out to 12 companies around the area that supposedly work with investors but havent heard anything back from them yet,
I need somebody to tell me basically all the reasons why i need to have an agent throughout this entire process please!! im a ltitle confused on this part i know i need one but i need to know for all the rasons why! thanks
