POF - Proof Of Funds

Hi,

Me and my wife are fixing to do our first deal.
The problem we have is understanding a few things.

The seller is a real estate agent as the owner passed away.
So they want POF (proof of funds), How do we get the agent
this?

Hi Philip. Under Dean's face there is a search area put POF in there and hit enter on your key bord. There will be a lot of threads here on this site for that subject.
