Hello Everyone, Does anyone know where I can find a vacate owner letter?

Modify it to fit your style or needs. You can do this with out some one supplying you a template of a letter I hope! You found a vacant house, you are interested in purchasing it. Write them a letter in your own words.

Michael, I believe they are looking for the one where the foreclosed owner is still in the house and need to give them notice to get out the way they worded it.
You may have one of those too.
