Taking Action

Big weekend ahead for me. Going to check out properties for my buyers list, meeting up with one of my mentors, meeting with 2 Realtors, and hopefully going to an REI club meeting. Jammed pack weekend and excited about it. 5 weeks in the SA and look at me now. Can't wait to leave work tomorrow and head to PA. Woooooooo

Just a little action goes a long way

Making things happen. Went to my first REI meeting yesterday, met with my mentor/partner for the first time, and meeting 2 realtors tomorrow, looking at 6 properties in total. All I have is a big Smiling.

Looked at my first 3 properties today

Yeaaaaaaa.... To all the newbies... Take action.. get educated and take action. I can't believe that I not only landed a "Power Team" member today, but also 2 other referrals. I might of found my all star real estate agent.

Thanks Mike, I'm just in awe right now. I'm making phone calls and meeting people that I would never been calling or meeting a month ago. I want my first deal done by the end of the month. I can see it in the horizon.

You will have success as long as you get educated the right way (SA my peference), or just on this site, reading posts, responding to blogs, asking questions. Things will happen once you apply the knowledge. I promise you that. I'm living proof.
