Ready and Willing Realtor!!!

Well, 3 wks ago I thought I found a REady and willing Realtor to help us out on our journey to starting our business and thought he was at the top or our power team Per my class at the Success Academy. My husband and I actually went and met with him sat down at his office at an actual model home he was officing out of. He heard us out and said he would be willing to help and that his commision was workable and would charge us on the low side since his wife was the broker and thus not requiring him to "pay" a broker.

We met for at least an hour and seems like we hit it off great. Two days later I touched base with him via email and asked for a few things like comps on three propertie Addresses to start. We have yet to hear from him, soooooo. On to the next one. Needless to say we were dissapointed but we are learning by doing that's for sure.

There was a great Phone Seminar as part of my classes with the Success Academy, That was lead by a terrific REaltor himself on what to look for and questions to ask your Realtor and why! This opened my eyes and gave me the full spin on what I had just experienced with my search for the "Perfect" Realtor, AMAZING!

We stumbled on a realtor. We decided to do at least something every day so last Sunday we went to some open houses. At the second open house we ended up really hitting it off with the realtor who happens to be on the REO team and not only is willing to send lists...she replies within hours to every email I send. We'll be looking at 2 properties this Sunday (weather permitting since we're in New England). One is banked owned, has already been cleaned up and fixed and has a built in swimming pool.

Try going to some open houses. Those realtors seem to be workers.
