Read BREM and PFRERN

So far read both books and when I started I was not sure "I" could do this, it seems easy and yet so far away. Should I start to do something? That was the pending question that I went to bed with untill I Started Reading Profit from RE, this was what I needed to push me to do something! I Found 2 investors who wanted me to do some bird dogging. I have sent them a number of deals on vacant properties but none have transpired. I have held on to a few prospects for myself and have contact a few FSBO. So far none were disstressed enough to take my offer. I have emailed a neighbor who is a new real estate agent at Keller Williams and hope that he accepts as being part of my team. Found a Mortgage Broker by phone, she is willing to get renters qualified and work with me, she's great! I have added my bird dog investors on my buyers list and added a new one. Five weeks ago I joined the DG Success Academy and am progressing through lessons and learning alot. I have set up a business name-LLC, and added my personal CPA to my business team. I'm excited and can't wait to start doing deals!
