Offlinei have some deals that may launching soon i been in contact with my clients via email, all want me to give them a call, but im kinda scrared i might not sound professional enough on phone. i could use some advice what should i do?

That's about the best advice I can give you. It's not easy starting out especially when you put yourself out there as a professional offering solutions for people but in reality You're trying to figure it out yourself. I've been there and I know what you're going through. I still get nervous when calling fsbo's or other investors. But overcoming that fear is what's going to make you succeed. Always remember this... these people want or need help and that's why they are calling you, so don't feel like you are trying to sell something but rather you are offering them a solution and they will be grateful you called back. Make a goal that day or that week to return a certain amount of calls or to call fsbo's or whatever, take a deep breath before each call and just do it. You'll be ok.

Role play with a friend- Pretend they are the seller/buyer and go through the motions and things will get easier each time. Then when its real, you'll feel more confident and relaxed. Try it.
