Just want to say hi, I'm a newbie here also. I'm from western NY and been looking at some property in NYC. Maybe we can help each other in the future. I've just finished "Profit From RE Right Now", great book full of information. Building my team and evaluating 3 deals now. Hopefully one will be a killer.
