Hi, my name is Daniel and I just wanted to share with you a little piece of knowledge that i hope will help jump start your career as an investor. One of the single most important things that need to be done is Take Action and Create a Buyers List. Once you have done this, a huge weight will be lifted off your shoulders.
Take action and create a buyers list. You could place ads on the craigslist, you could put up flyers, network with a REI group in your town. Much easier to find a house for a buyer than a buyer for a house.
Main thing is that you take action. One thing I have learned that changed my life is, if we do not change the things we do, we will continue getting the same result. If there is no action taken, there will be no results. Even if you make a lil mistake, and got a result that wasnt in your favor, atleast you got results and the worst that could happen is you gain knowledge and learn from you mistake.
Also, Protect your MINDSET. very important. Remember why you are doing it, you want to improve your quality of life. dont listen to the nay sayers, they just want to keep you down. Believe in your self and trust in your ability to get things done. always always always Protect your Mindset.

And, I just had to tell my Dad to not give us anymore input. It was hard to do. He loves us and worries but he brings us down and makes my husband question what we are doing. Stand up and walk your talk then they will be quiet and sing your praise. Mean while if you have a job keep it until you are in action. It can take a while to make this happen. It all depends on how cleaver and persistent you are.

i some times find myself lagging do to the mental beating from my family if i learn sothing new and i get excited i get mental beatdown from my family so it kinda hard to move fast and stay motived when you r in an negative envirornment i live in vegas navada there alot of property available and im all over the place
