OfflineHello DG family, I just received two of dean’s books “Your town your real estate and Profit from real estate right now”. I ordered Dean’s "Think a little different package" which had “Be a real estate millionaire” about 2 years ago and I was serious about learner the methodology and I also paid 5’000 dollars for the mentoring but regretfully did not have the confidence in the mentoring group he used, I tried to get my money back with no avail.
My goal is that I want to become knowledgeable and gain experience in real estate investing and after researching this forum my confidence in Dean’s material and his followers is very high and I want take action and get threw reading the books and the journals and start my journey in real estate investing. I need to add that the energy that everyone has and shares on this website is amazing and makes me want to be part of the DG Family.

Welcome to the family! The only thing I would suggest from what you wrote is to start doing something now, even if you haven't finished reading the books! Call some ads, get in touch with some REI people, etc.
