OfflineYesterday I got the business cards, the .usapropertywholesale.com web site completed, the phone message and phone number for a magic jack to all coinside together. We are going to go answering machine with my husbands wonderful Australian Accent until we start to get innovate. Now I have to figure out how to get the web site on goggle, yahoo etc. I just heard about another site called fillmyproperty.com so I will look into that as well. If any one has any tips on my quest for today or how to set up an auto response for the future to send out emails to the people on our lists, let me know please. also I got a good idea from another property video person. When you make an offer, try to get that persons email to put on the auto respond list. Then they may contact you when things go a rye. I checked out totalviewrealestate.com yesterday and one of the houses i am interested in,...that is totally paid off in probate, but needs a little work is $100,000 under market value. If only I had a buyer!!!

If you have certain keywords on your website, when someone punches in those keywords in google, your site could appear. It all depends how popular your site is. The more people click on your website and the more outbound links you have on your site, the higher it can rank on google. The best autoresponder company that I know of is aweber.com.
