My goal at this time is to wholesale properties and build up some cash in order to take it to the next level. I'm not really a rookie at RE or investing. I know how to assign, double close and all that. I've read DG book back and forth and forth to back. And his information is very helpful. Thanks Dean.
Back to my goals. I just want to have a stronger buyers list. Also I've been looking into other RE opportunities such as probate and I found the jackpot of information. Such as where the property is and the attorney who's in charge. But after I get more info on probate, then I'll make my move.
I'll try my best to keep track of this journal. And track my progress.
Today was a good day. I just increased my buyers list and made some new investment buddies in the process.
Tonight I'm just going to relax...
After reviewing my buyers list I have about 75 motivated buyers. So that's a win-win.
My plan for today is sent out a list of properties and see what happens from there.
Also I learn that some websites charge you a fee just too look at something that's free. Sad, but I guess people are willing to do that.
As for the probate, I think I know how to market that to investors but one a first come first service or mostly leads.
I'm logging off and try to enjoy this sunday.
It's Monday and today is the day I put what I know to the test. I'm going to try lease options in order to build long term capital. I always knew about lease options but I had to re-educate myself about it and open my mind to the idea of buy and hold method.
My goal for today is 10 properties and see how that pans out.
So far I've placed 5 offers. I'll see what happens from there.
I'm currently planning on placing 5 more offers as well.
Summit 10 offers all where rejected. Some RE Agents where rude about it. No problem. Just regroup and do it again.
Also, I need to get my letters of intent together and make some type of strong case.
Sometimes in RE there's just so many avenues to go down. Just need to make up my mind and go with that.
and then roll with it
Try and do too much early on and you'll lose focus
I agree.
Good news 2 of my offers where reconsider, strange, but I'm glad they say it my way. The lease option I offer the seller was very flexible for me and reasonable terms for him a win-win situation. So I'm feeling good.
