I live with a naysayer, so I sent some emails to introduce myself to REI groups in my area. So important to surround ones self with like minded people. Can't wait to take a few to lunch or coffee or golf or whatever.
Been combing my area and getting to know the market and find a niche. I am drawn to commercial properties as there are many here. Livin in small town america outside of Phoenix. I like the idea of helping people and the community at large through real estate. Any one in the west side of Phoenix out there? Would love to make contact. I will keep you posted.
