OfflineTo whomever it may concern,I am a law student with not much money...actually, I have no money! If it were not for the scholarship at Duke, I would still be living in the projects in Upstate N.Y.,... But I see a brighter day coming forward..I went to the seminar that Dean's company sponsored at a Hotel and I was hooked, because I live in a college town and rental property is highly lucrative. Well, when everyone was signing up for the academy, I left. I could not afford the course and I was embarassed and disappointed, so I had to improvise and ponder on everything that was said to & presented to me: ALL U NEED IS IN THE BOOKS ! Dean said that in the infomercial and that was all I needed...I did everything he said, even asking for extras and I got the two-bedroom house under a Lease Option & I am going to rent the living room and dining room...Also, I got the the terms that were comfortable for me. I was just honest with the owner and asked for what I wanted. Newbies, I am no different than 'you,' (just do it)!!!!! When the home-owner and I walked thru the prooperty he looked at me and said, " Son, you don't no what your doing, do you"? I said, no sir, I don't, but I can learn if you will teach me! Just be honest and see what happends...
