OfflineI am looking at 2 lease option deals. One in the morning and one next week. I have got all my leads solely off of craigs. I have finished profit now and your town and things are seeming very optimistic to me. I dove head first into the material and got it done. Hopefully the deals will come quicker once I actually make an effort!!

I have tried everything there is to try as far as advertising on craigslist and all i get is people spamming me. I tried the signs and got one call which was a hang up. I did everything exactly how they said how to do it with no results. I dont know what im gonna do next. Any suggestions?

This isn't McDonalds were you get instant gratifation. It takes time and effort to create something good. If it comes to easy you wont have any respect for it. Take your time this isn't a race its a journey were you will meet people who will help you along the way
Work on a system that you think works for you and really work it. Not put out 2 offers and expect a deal. When you have 50 offers out there lets talk. Its a number game. The more you put out there the more people will know your out there. If you read the books and didn't see Matts info reread again. the 25/1 rule. For ever one deal you get you have to put out 25 offers.
