Offline=/..So...I've used my EBT-card to purchase 1 bandit sign to split into 2, 4 sticks(stability), n a maker i think imma return=/ cuz..=) immma put alil of my seasoning on'm to catch the eye. Targeted specifically for nod's/prefor/short sale. Use my personal # cuz..=/..quite frankly..i can't afford the automated voice-mail set-up, but i believe if the sun rises i'll soon establish that tool n optimize it to its fullest potential. In the mean time(10:55pm/cali)imma go and put these 2sign's out there and rock the show...have no idea how its gonna go..=)but soon i'll know.
Last night i had a very good friend take me around the nicest area in my county,that i could get in=/, and jotted down 37 addresses n #'s that had signs and some w/horrid conditions. If i could get just alil light shinned on the branch im walking on to produce a result...=)it would be much appreciated. I have a clue to look them on the MLS but the whole break down of info is relatively uhhh new to me. Would like to that resource to guide me but they're the "naysayer" so thats shut down. So again...all i need is a gust under my wings...>:]- cuz i can't and won't sleep til i get my result.

I just wanted to say way to take steps. It doesn't matter what you do to get going, just get going. I would suggest looking at these forums for information as far as how to determine a good buy, building buyers lists etc. That is where I am at and it has been extremely helpful. Good luck in all that you are doing. With the determination you have in your post I know you will be flying high before you know it.

And of course do my homework and reach to the stars to drawl the answers to me. Worse case scenario just take it as a learning lesson... gotta turn the leaves to see whats under...=)

Get a load of this one!!!8-]....wow! so i was on my mission last night til bout 7 this moring n slep =/ uhh maybe bout 2.5 hours from putting my wonderfully hand crafted bandits=)...i was thinking lol "the 3amigos"..trying to specifically place'em out in my valley..However..here's the juice my friends..my land lord uhh just happen to, this morning when going to the post office, he opens up his NOD letter w/ $4,067.32 behind on payments, loan amt 183k, comps in the area puts house at $86k...hmmmmm? what should i suggest???? we have a third party whos willing to put it back up for a lease w/ a purchase to buy(we all know what that is=)) house needs "major" rehab..."major!!!!" so...cld i get my first deal actually helping the "naysayer" that i luv n start my lifes journey in RE investing....what exactly shld i do?????? assistance plz...much luv..
