Sorry to hear you broke your foot. It sounds like you will still be going forward and not eltting that slow you down. I am oh so sorry that you are injured. But I am very encouraged by your plans to keep moving forward. There is always work that can be done even when your not 100% and You keep plugging away, you will be better before you know it.

Hope you heal fast and well. Please don't try to do to much to fast because a reinjured foot will take twice as long to heal. Tammy

I really glad to see you are a member of the success academy as I am to. They have done wonders for me. Positive side of a broken foot maybe you will get to work with the success academy more. Today I call a bank asking about REO well Angela had no i deal what i was talking about, but her help me I was so nervous but she made me so must better. I watch Dean behind close door videos, He make me think I'm doing alot of thing in my day but I still feel a little down I have three family that need to be in a new place my April and I been looking, Talking with some owner to find out the property sold. I'm takeing a broke now to write in my journals. I use to think my problem was bad I'm bless because I have a home and my credit getting better. My three family credit is bad but their are working on it. I just want to find some owner that will do a lease to own. I know I had not wrote on here daily but I write at home. Thing have been happening to me since I became focus on working this business. I broke my foot, on Saturday I was in a car accident the man run a red light, but I still working this business. Today I going to see a home that one of my retail buy want to buy and tomorrow I going to look a place in VA. So what I'm saying is if your mind is in the right place don't let thing hold you back. I gratitude I'm still here to talk about it. Its funnies one thing that was on my mind was I need a car to get to the appointment on Monday and my head.

That bad luck, made me work harder toward my goal. I pick up two new client and place a client in a condo. I have 5 more properties to look at. I want to put a contract on all 5 five. So that how I handle my string of bad luck. I told myself no one of no thing will not me I have god on my side. I had a gentlemen stop me and said your positive attitude told me to see what you are selling. And yes I gave him my business. again thank for asking I'm fine.

Well this week I been stress out because I'm not moving this business the way I want, I been looking a properties talking to some owner. I was turn down by some owner. My game plan it to get with some owner and one of them will sale me their home. I want to meet my goals but I think I'm not going to make this first one on time. but I working to get there.

I'm sorry about your bad luck but I'm glad you only broke your foot and not your leg or internal injuries or any of the many other things that could have been injured and not healed like a bone break does. You seem to have a great deal of inner strength and desire to succeed. I have no doubt that with your motivation and the gifts God has given you that you will get there. I am going to say a prayer for you that you recover from your injury and return to full strength quickly; also that God will bring together the forces, the people and the circumstances that you need in order to be at your best and that deals and relationships flow from them. I'm working on few thing today, I e-mail Joe about the letter he use to get a deal for the bank. I have one like his but its a credit Union, I found a 4 units with tenant I will pass it to a buyer. My goal to pay off my debt in may will not be met but I still working on it. But I have a buyer list and a retail list. I still need more buyer but I am get there.

Thank you for your pray and Yes I very motivation I has had thing get in my way but God handle my hand and seem me thought. I eat and sleep about property, what I need to do next, I talk to people about property. My son told me my face light up when I talk about property. Sometime I ask myself why are you doing this I put myself in more debt with the success academy I am working but nothing good is happening. I tell myself its going to happen I'm going to have a success story to tell one day. I'm just down today but tomorrow I will be back doing what it take to make it happen.
