OfflineHmmm..The Vision, as I take note of Habakkuk 2:2, I see the vision clearly and now I write. Perhaps I should say that I see the outcome and now I have an idea of how to proceed.
When I first saw Dean on Television I figured it was just one more of those RE guys who sells you something that may or may not work but Good Luck getting your money back. When I saw it again I pretty much just sat there and stared at it, but this time I couldn't get it out of my head. Soooo, I know. I'll do some research, off to the internet I go. Guess what! When I googled Dean Graziosi, there was no scam page attached to it. You know the sites, scam.com etc. I decided to come directly to this website and check it out. You know there is actually a phone number that you can call and talk to someone anytime you need help! Anyone of the people on this site who are successful and have made a lot of money will actually talk to you. You know a real person. Well as you can probably see I'm a praying woman and quite frankly this was an answer to prayer.
I have read 3 of Deans books and I come to this website everyday to immerse myself in all things REI. I think that by writing in my journal on a regular basis I can make the vision a reality. I have decided on a course of action and will be asking a lot of you for thoughts, ideas, next steps and so on.

Congratulations on starting your journal and reading Dean's 3 books. Dean's books are packed with a tremendous amount of tips, techniques and strategies. I often reread his books to try to get every tidbit of information I may have missed the first couple times through.
Your journal it is a great way to keep yourself accountable and share your insight and knowledge with other DG Members along this journey and adventure! The DG website is packed with information and inspiration, so it is great you visit it often as you indicated.
You may want to consider joining a local real estate investment club to network with other investors if there happens to be one in your area. If not get a few investors together and consider starting a group. This is a great way to learn, build a buyer’s list and maybe even find a partner for a few deals. Try to do a little each day to get you closer to your goals and dreams. Good luck with real estate investing. Believe and Achieve!

Sue , Habakkuk is one of my favorite verses of scripture . That is the Bible's way of not only put your faith and trust in Him , but also goal setting. Everyone needs to write down both short and long term goals and review them each and every day . You'll be amazed how they become reality.

Again Thanks to all that have written encouragement. Well today is Saturday and I'm off to work, my job that is. However, when I return about 8:30 tonite I will be going to Carol's Wholesaling Basics and reading everything I can get my hands on both on this site and her site.
Next week I'll be calling some small banks to inquire about their REO's. If I'm going to spend a large portion of my time working - why not make it count. I will immerse myself in all things REI. The picking of your brains comes next.
It's Sunday and yes I turned my clock back. Got off work at 5, sat down w/a cup of coffee and here I am. I'll be checking to see if people have responded to my many questions here. I've decided I'd rather be doing real estate than working a job.
Happy Friday, at least it is for me. I haven't posted for a week, I haven't even been on the computer. Between work and being sick in bed. I'm feeling much better and it's great to have a couple of days off. Well I think I may have solved my time dilemma. I have a friend who is unemployed and looking for a real way to increase her revenue, she and I have worked together and we really seem to click. I am going to ask her today to be my partner. Maybe between the both of us we can get alot done. TTFN
