So I bought Dean's books a few months ago when I was out of work, I really liked everything in his books and learned a lot in the process. Real estate investing is something that I have always wanted to do to achieve financial freedom one day and enjoy life and not have to worry about the bills every month. In the process I met with some local real estate investors in my area (Denny & Lea) in October who also taught me a lot about real estate and to get out there and just do it. At the end of October 2009 I finally got a job after 8 months of being out of work and I begin to lose focus on Real Estate and begin to focus on my job. Well after almost 5 months of working at my job it has begin to sink in that getting in to real estate is much more important to me then I once thought, and also changing my lifestyle too. That is why me and my fiance plan on moveing to Long Island, NY in the next 2 months so that we can enjoy life just a little bit more by living somewhere we both happen to love. My next goal once we get up to New York is to focus a lot more of my time to real estate investing and to keep on track this time!! I will keep everyone updated!!
