Up all night reading,some information is beging to make sense to me more so now,thats a good thing. I signed up for a voice mail program have not been able to set it up yet, my settings are off I will have to trouble shoot it or call the company so I guess that I'm making some kind of progress, lol. Will continue with the voice mail and reading for now.

Sounds like you are making progress. Once you read the book- more things will make sense. Do you have "Be a Real Estate Millionaire"? That book is filled with information and explains a lot of the terminology. Don't get me wrong,"Profit From Real Estate Right Now!" is also filled with information, but I was glad I read the other one first.

Keep reading and it will make more and more sense. Just continue to move forward and you will be amazed at how much you learn.

Congrats on getting starting in real estate and joining the DG family! I remember when i was in your shoes and just absorbing everything and imagining making a deal! So keep reading, and add a few little action steps in there too. This will really empower you and avoid the information overload Take a drive around and start noticing houses for sale, empty houses, etc...and browse the mls for your area on the computer! Dont worry - things will click and fall in place more every day! And also congrats on starting a journal, its a great way to track your progress, ask questions and one day soon look back and see how far you've come
