I am very close to finishing PRN and my head is swimming. I have never dealt with real estate but I am so ready to get started I am bursting at the seams. I guess I will start out with my buyers list. I can not imagine being nervous at this point. What do I have to loose? All I need is the money for the coaching. Watch out world here I come.
I guess my motivation is so strong it will not allow me to be apprehensive. I have to make this work. My family is relying on me and my friends are watching me. I truly believe that after I make this work others will follow.
There was a phrase in PRN that stated that just by reading his book that set me apart from the crowd. It is very lonely over here even though I know I am good company. I have never let others sway me. I guess you could say that I am somewhat old school. I am the master of my own mind so let the negativity come, I am ready.
Well, what can I say. Let the world watch and wonder, especially friends (the nay sayers are the loudest) at a different you. The change is very subtle. You also seem to become more charismatic and confident in meeting different people. This is the true change. Money is secondary in that you know how to create lots of it at a drop of a pin.

Well Journal i have went and done it this time. I think I have done something that I will neither regret nor forget. I went out to Craigs list and posted a ghost advertisement. I also decided to apply to a REI club in the area. Also, I have joined a REI community in Linkedin. There is a new website I discovered through some forums of a website that lists investors per state.
I believe that I might have went off the beaten path a little bit. I decided to go to home improvment stores and look for investors. I did that because properties need fixing up and there are some investors that like to save money and do it themselves. There are contractors that if they are not in the market for investing, they might be working for an investor themselves. They should be able to give you the name and number of the person they are working for. You never know when you will need a contractor. They are very valuable in your team. Finally, I look on message boards for people that are renting properties and contact them. One day I truly believe that one day I might run across that one person the might want to sell instead of rent. Kind of putting one of Dean's marketing strategies in reverse. I will let you know how everything goes. This is the part that scares me because here in Boston the REI's lok at each other as competition and less willing to assist each other.
