Good point!
Focus on one avenue for now and specialize in it. I like the idea. I need to follow your example. So much info all at one time for me can be overwhelming. Another idea to add is to find others focusing on the same avenue of real estate, share idea etc thourgh networking and help motivate each other. Once you decide Which you want to focus on be sure and post something about it. I am thinking of birdoging/asigning now part-time while I prepare and plan to fix and flip or hold and rent in the future, awaiting for the right time to sell based on the local/national cycles going up and/or appraisal.

I've decided also to do assignments of contract. I decided to look at real estate as a pie. If you try to eat it and digest it all at once your going to be overstuffed! My computer was having some issues, wasn't try to hog up space

Today I was so much more focused then I was yesterday. Writing down whatever is troubling you really does help. I found two buyers to birddog for! I've started looking at properties online that fit their criteria. It's about to be a brand new year and a brand new me Nothing changes unless you change. Open up to life and life will show you all that you've been missing!

I finally did my first property inspection today on a house that could potentially be my first deal. I'm going to run comps on the house next, contact my buyers to make them aware of the house, and if all goes well I'll be making an offer on Jan 2nd.

I love the pie analogy and Scott's additon was icing on the 'pie'. I never thought about it like that. And it does make you hungry in more ways than one. Hello, I'm back About the deal that I did a basic inspection on, it didn't work out. The seller would not lower his price enough to where I could wholesale it to another buyer. So I'm on to the next potential deal with more confidence, wisdom, and experience. I'll be posting my first deal on here very soon
