Getting Started Hopefully
Well I got Dean's books about a month ago and have read both. I am going to have to use the no money down plan until I can get some capital to work with. I found an ad for 5 houses in various states of completion and I am trying to start with that. I met someone els on the DG site and have struck up a freindship I hope. We are going to look at the places together and see if this is a fit for both of us. He has been involved with Dean's site for about a year so I hope that there are some things that he can teach me. I want this to be a successful venture for the both of us. Well that's all for today. This is just one more thing to keep me involved and not let the negative people around me get me down. I hope to post more soon.

There are a lot of things to be thankful for this year. I still haave a job and I have found a new passion. Real Estate I hope will take me into my retirement and hopefully give my wife and I something to do together. I am thankful that Dean has opened his heart and mind to try to help anyone that is willing to go for it. The site here is full of information and help for those who ask. Thanks to all who welcomed me to the members journals. I am going to try to write as often as I can so it will keep me focused. I am still working on the 5 houses in Kingman. I hope to take another look this time with a partner and the owner of the properties. This way I hope to get all my questions answered. The deal could prove to be very profitable if what I saw and what needs to be done are correct. I think the biggest hurdle will be to find an investor that will fund the balance of the project till we can get them sold. From what I can tell this is going to have to be done in phases. I still haveto check and see if all the building permits are transferable. Then there is a commercial property in the same area as the houses that I think may also be a good investment. Well that's all for now. If anyone has any suggestions about either of these two deals please speak up. I am open to any new ideas on how you would persue this. Hope all are having a great week.

Well I have a meeting scheduled with hopefully my new partner this weekend. I hope that we hit it off and we can make our first deal together. I got to thinking about this deal. We could stand to make each of us very happy if this all goes right. If not there are plenty of deals out there to be had. The way the housing market is going the deals can only get better and better. I hope everyone in the DG family had a very nice Thanksgiving. I know I did. I hope that when the time comes and I have questions that there willl be someone out there that will guide us thru the process. Have a great Holiday season and the next blog should be the beginning of a great partnership.

I just watched Dean's latest blog and it was like a light came on. If you build a buyers list with what they want you have something to shoot for. I hope by doing this it will make my real estate career take off. It was like a light went off in my head. If you know what people want it is eaiser to fill the order. Once you get started then you can start building your net worth, I hope to have at least $3000 in cash flow by the end of July. The next thing I need to do is set uo some shsrt term goals. It's like trying to start to walk all over again. That's all for now hope something I've said lights a fire under someewone else. Cody if you are ereading this I hope you have set up some goals and a buyers kist. Everyone at the DG family has a trrmendos week.

Christmas is a time to be thankful for all we have. It's too bad that we don't do this all year round. I am grateful that there are so many new things to learn and though I haven't done any deals I feel like I have. I hope that everyone in the DG community and those that happen upon the site have a merry Christmas and a happy New Year. I know that the new year will become the beginning of a new life. One that will be fruitful and multiply. I hope that I can give someone else the oppurtunity to become what they want in life. I thank God for all that I have. I know that it is what he wants me to have. Right now all I can do is learn everything I can because the new year is going in a different direction and it is one that I want not that I have to do. Again Merry Christmas to all.

Well the year has begun and I have become a little discourged. I was charged for the January DVDs back in December (the last week)and had not received them by the 14th of January. I sent numerous emails and it seemed that I could not get a response. I was on the verge of sending everything back and forgetting about the whole thing when on the 15th I received the DVDs. I tried the customer support but it wouldn't let me register or login. I really want this to work but if I can't find a place to email for some kind of support or if I don't get emails telling me what the problem is. It seems like this site is for only those who want to spend money. I would love to take the Academy but can't afford it. I ordered the Empowering Conversations thinking that it would help some but if I can't get them on a regular basis what is the sense. I was told that the DVDs were $29.00 but I am being charged $49.00. I thought that I got Dean's new book for free for joining the DVD program but I guess I will have to pay for it if I want it. Is there someone out there that can point me in the rught direction? It is getting real frustrated and I am beginning to wonder if it is worth it or if my wife was right and this is just another scam. I know things in life are not free and I am willing to pay for what I need. I just wish that any promises that are made are kept. At least I have a reserved ticket to purchase a ticket for the conference this year. You know the bad part is I live right here in Arizona where Dean says he lives and I still can't find any help. I will succeed with or without the DG family. I just prefer to be part of an amazing group. Good luck to all. Also I watched the new show and did the rating and I noticed that there is a DVD that he is offering free if you buy his book. How come things like that, that could be helpful to some of us are not offered to member? This is the second time I have seen something like this. I can't find it under any of the resources. Can someone tell me where I can find the new reports and DVDs? Thanks to the few that have written in the past. Things like that make people feel wanted and not just a wallet. Thanks for letting me vent also.
