Today I type up 20 letters and sent them out to all the property owner that had abandon looking properties in the streets of Orlando. Let see what results I get from that. Continue to stay active in in my real estate adventure.

Great to read the start of your journal, and already so many prospects lined up. Excited to hear of how your FSBO meeting went. SO cool how if you take the action step to just "make the call" it gets the whole ball rolling! Never know what you will gain from it, but ALWAYS there is a positive. Hope it turns out to be your first great deal!

Thanks a lot for the support Sandra & Rina! Met with this gentlemen today and found out he was a real estate agent that works for a group of investor that buy from auctions, banks, and selling properties already on an assignment deal already. Just wanted to see if it possible to put a contract on a existing assignment deal? Is this legal? WOW he had some low priced properties. Thanks for the input. It's well appreciated.

I hooked up with this gentleman from my area that get's properties from banks and other resources and he's willing to work on letting me do assignment deals with my buyers and his properties. All I had to do was be persistent in calling and leaving emails with this person until he finally called back!

All you have to do is stay involved and monitor your daily progress. I gotta say I'm not a Professional at this but will be sooner than I think. I have one of my buyer wanting to look at a property I sent her threw email, and with GOD help I will show her the interior of the property, in person, this week. Don't be scared to network with people you don't know... Open up, present yourself, ask question,and see how they can benefit you. That's a way you'll start to see progress in your life. Have I fun doing this, it amps me up!
