Offlineone of the things that kinda of intimidated me was getting together my buyers list. i knew this would be crucial in my development as a real estate investor. but i must say after joining a local investors club and attending their meetings i had by the time if left 20 people to add to B.L. wow!!!!! i am attending another one tomorrow hoping to get about 20-25 more! i also ran adds on craiglist just asking for people to join my buyers list. i created a "squeeze page" with a short questionnaire that they filled out and presto!

just searching the internet google on how to grow my buyers list. which is the most important aspect of real estate investing! came across FREE (who doesn't like free?) squeeze pages. put it on craigslist and it took off! here is sample of my squeeze page i posted
