its very highly recommended to go to the Academy and get the training and you will be success faster. Some of the people dont have the funds to go but with some of us do have it and take it and go !! Let us know how u make out !!

Has anyone been through the PMI which is another company Dean uses for the scholarship program. Just wondering if anyone has been successful using this system.

i am actually in the pmi course i just startd im in the 2nd lession but from what i learned already its really good i just hope i can fing someone who also did this so i can ask them how they got started off the info given

I've been in the academy now for about three weeks now and I can tell you, that it's well worth joining if you seem to be at a standstill getting started. Those cooaches are great advisors and take the time to make sure that your questions are answered fully and that you understand what it is that's needed to be done. They're kinda like having those step-by-step instructions that come with those universal remotes, but the only thing is is that they're live on the phone and spend as much time as YOU need to make sure you understand everything that you want to know. You don't have to rush in to join the academy, just take your time and make sure that you actually need to first, but even if you do, I can promise you that you'll have a much better start than most who hadn't/haven't.

I'm just finishing up a deal (closing on October 14th). We bought it for $55,000 and put about $8000 into it and got a contract for $102,000 after 4 days on the market... so we'll make $35,000+ !!!

We're ready to do another deal!

hello my name is cora and i had the same question but got no replies so i assume we have not yet come across someone in the nyc area who has accomplish these deals.dont get me wrong i am sure its out here but i was wondering if any dg students was from ny and if they accomlish anything as yet casue trust me i have been trying and i am getting no where but i have faith and hope and i will get there. its my desire that's why.
