I just got Dean's new book "Profit from Real Estate Right Now." I went ahead and read just the first chapter and I must say that I'm impressed.
I always knew that the money was in Real Estate but I've always been "scared" to do it because from what I heard, it's very complicated. Now, with Deans advice and from what I read so far, I'm eager to get started.
Not sure how much the Success Academy is gonna cost since money is tight right now but I'll give it a try and see what happens.
I know that the only way to be successful is to take action...RIGHT NOW that is why I joined this site right away and watched all of Dean's Video blogs...they are GREAT and very INSPIRATIONAL.
I have also bookmarked a couple of topics that interest me and will look them over once again. This site is truly a blessing and I look forward to hearing from all of you especially when I need a helping hand.
I've checked out this site a lot and I know that we can all help each other become successful RE investors. I already have ANITA, RINA, SULLY and CBRPOWER (aka Matt Larson I believe) on my hitlist for those days that I need some advice...sorry guys hehe

I'm a newbie too. I'm almost done with the same book.
I called yesterday about the accademy.
I want to do it but money is tight with me as well.
Hopefully next month I will be able to sign up.

Thanks for the info as far as the cost of the academy. At least now I have an idea of home much I need to save. I'll keep everyone posted on my lil journey. Till then, on to more reading.

Wow, it's been a while since I posted something here. All the hype about the Set for Life System is so worth it. I don't know how I am going to pay for the next $300 monthly installments but I'm tired of living paycheck to paycheck.
I finally told myself that this year 2010 will be my year and I will make a difference in my life. I went ahead and bought the system and let's see what happens. I am finally taking action since Dean always says that most people who reads his book will not put their knowledge to action, so here I am ready to start a new road in my life.
I know it won't be easy but I am gonna give this a try and we'll see what happens. I've been MIA for a while, but I have a feeling I'll be here more often from now on.

Just received my Edge videos 2010. Gonna start watching them as soon as I get home from work but I'm also in the middle of moving to a different apt so I have to split my time between watching the videos and packing, which I hate so much!
Anyways, gotta go and take some notes. I'm ready to take that plunge and I can't wait for that first deal to come through. Have a good day people.
