Well I finally had an interview for a garden dept. employee for Lowe's and they told me it wont be till the end of the week before I know something... So about an hour later I get a call and they had extended the offer to me at $10.44 hr pay rate, which left me in complete surprise and thinking someone was joking with me being all I ever did was minimum wage! I am scheduled to go in at around 4 pm today for drug testing, back ground check stuff...

I did go to the last BRIC (Burlington Real Estate Investors Club meet) and got two new contacts through there, which I am now working them.

We finished STRONG @ BYU Provo NCLC/NALP Competition, #2 Comm. College in the nation out of 62 teams and #11 Overall of all colleges that competed.
I finished 31st out of 38 which is a bit better than last years 36th out of 45.

I found out that for my bank account that I want to switch from BBt to BNC I need to get my photo id updated so I may work on that either tomorrow or Tuesday, not sure?

I will be looking for a place to get a citi credit card but right now I need to find some longer income for this job I have now that I love being what it is, will end sept. 9th at the end of the season, hoping they keep me on...

Stinks I couldn't go to church this last couple weeks via work and school/NCLC stuff... but I know its for a better FUTURE...

Tomorrow I will HAVE TO work on my homework of all 4 weeks that I missed which is going to stink big time but it comes with the turf huh?

Anyone else got any ideas via my brain is fried almost from having to close the store last week most of the week with little to no sleep since I get the SEASONAL CRUD from when the weather changes drastically like it did here in Nc?

Well yello again dg site... Long time no see
On my way now as of 7 am this morn to Raleigh to meet with a group down there that is pushing towards laws to be changed on pertaining to guardianships and how they are looked at for instead of being under a broad umbrella thing we are changing to make it more Individual basis. Will know more after today is over with what things need tending to and the How on how they need attended.

School: I have finished up my Plant ID class i was taking in the spring and now am working on my English class needed this summer at night time hours which will be fun of all things.

Work: Lovin' what i do at lowes and knowing that i will never have to go back to food service minimum wage pay ever again. where i am making decent pay at just under 40 hrs a week to help with my school schedule.

REI: I havent been able to make any of the REI meetings that my friend host and i dont think i can make tonights if there is one but am finding out caldwell banker doesnt know how to sort through the sales to find the cash sales list of all properties sold via they say there is 3 different mls sites for the state of NC and none they know of gives them that option so wondering what to do there?

Was looking through a website that would tell me the cash sales but all there was, was one owner finance and that was it all others was 2 years old or older... so i am wondering if the CASH SALES are DEAD???

I did see where we might be on the downward turn in the RE market already? Does someone know any more intel on that please dont hesitate to post.

My Photo ID: I did get it updated but come to find out there is a new law that was passed where i have to have THE REAL ID of NC which is my id with a little yellow star at the bottom to where i can fly, will have that taken care of here after bit anyways for i did find what was necessary to get that done.

Ask them "Hey, can't you tell if a deal was sold using a FHA or some other type of loan? Doesn't the MLS show how sold deals were financed? Well then it should show deals closed with cash too. That is the info I need sent to me. Real Estate transactions that show sold on the mls that were closed using cash."

If they can't figure it out have them call their mls provider and ask for instructions. Believe me, the information is there in most states. We get those lists every day. Great source for buyers!

Well Sept. is not here yet but I will be officially laid back off early via tomorrow is going to be my last day at work which is sad since I really loved what I did there but i'll definitely miss it...

School I passed the Public Speaking class... Took care of my financial aid stuff revolving around next semester starts Thursdays Aug. 21st for plant science... after that I should have a certificate in something (I forgot what the head told me it would be)

Working on my financials some to in order to purchase some rental investments for right now I got in contact with another bank that an realtor/broker told me about and have 3 phone calls to make to potential private lenders, Then I have to call my other bank for I have a couple possible rental units on my desk that id like to purchase

I have also found an attorney with that group I meet with and I have one piece of paper and waiting on a letter from my Hort. instructor then we can file to have my rights fully returned to me so I can get some better work... which would include my Drivers License to be returned to good standing...

That is all right now with whats happening... We just have to take things slowly to make sure everything is done the right way so patience is in order... and sorry for the long delayed update for everyone that's reading this if anyones still around here via I haven't seen much updates the last couple months here?
