praying for you if I can do it you can too I am on SSD right now but plan to be off of it by this time next yr and have done 4 deals this yr so far and made 20k I use a white cane for tunnel vision and dont drive.

Hang in there God will help you, I would focus on one area to wholesale in is my advice. Then work hard to get buyers onn your list, go RE investment clubs, post ghost ads on clist, call craigslist ads (which is clist) ones that cash for houses, we buy houses, some of those are buyers. I would call Google ads that say the same thing-you will get buyers.

Also get an agent to work with you annd have them send you a list of cash sold props for the pas 3 months, single fam res 3 bed 2 bth in the hot areas tell them to flip. that way you narrow it down, then analyze that list(that is what i am doing now) and see who is buying multiple props and who is paying MORE for those props! That way you have buyers which we cal speculative-buyers that are not experienced and wont beat you so much up on price.

When you do that you will gain sooo much confidence that yoiu will begin to make offers knowing that you do have buyerrs that will take those props, get at least 20 buyers for every deal you want to do ok, so if you want to do 2 deals a month then you have to have 40 buyers ok.

Again it is important that you concentrate in one area ok not multiple cuz then you can get overwhelmed, also do what you can to get a laptop and be online-laptops are everywhere you can get them from the govt, many co's donate them, buy a used one on craigslist, make it happen bandit, cmon, you can do it!

Well I found out Tuesday that I could have qualified if my Mood disorder was a primary instead of a secondary so now I don't qualify but told not to get my hopes up...lol

that explains it, I was wondering I think people sometimes dont know how to handle disabled people especially those with learning disabilities or of those of the mind. I would if I were you first pray to God to help you God will bc God has helped me, so that first.

Secondly, I would laser focus on 30 days to RE Cash & do exactly as it says, everything. Make sure you are doing all the homeworks, everything ok.

You will see results if you do, you are not seeing results bc you are not following the steps, simple as that, but once you do you will see change. Right now you are going in a million different directions, I would just focus on real estate & nothing else really. You have school ok that is good too but what are you trying to do?

Real Estate can give you the income you deserve & need not sure about what you are studying. God bless and I will pray for you, be well.

Well I did just that Tony I went and started reading the 30 days book of deans on pdf... miracle that it was able to pull up on my computer at the house via it hasn't been updated since 02'... lol

Well update here:

Will find out why I haven't been paid yet from the state allowance for almost 5 months...

found out I can just get a couple things and get my desktop at the house running better and online finally so will be doing that once I get paid my allowance

got a buyers letter typed up and will start sending them soon as I get info from a local realtor....

Well just found out that i am going to have a sister in law the same day my nephew is born...

found out for less than 50 bucks i can have comp that runs better than new so will get the parts to fix my old one up..... (Once the idiots pay me)

Found out that an apt. will come up later in a week or two possibly which by then i will make some people real mad and go and visit a doc so i can help keep his name out of the courts and maybe my lender potentially...

got a list of numbers for RE agents offices to call once i get a phone

working on collecting contacts for possible leads into buyers and sellers both through local advertising...

will hopefully be able to keep my father out of jail for what his wife has done... please y'all pray for him

Well I found out they are trying to screw me out of more money via they say only 66 bucks but what about the other 4 or so months that I never got paid?...

fafsa has been approved so will pray they wont try to get theyre grubby greedy hands on that so I can use that to do everything

Hi my name is Sean Brady w/ Bandit Properties and I have the know how on finding better deals than anyone else out there with the most up to date techniques available at TODAY’s market. Well found out that all I have to do is see a doctor sooner rather than later via this PROCESS that these idiots have to go through is just a PROCESS of DRAGGING THEYRE FEET... for I just have to get a competency letter and ask the doc to request the courts call us back in then ask what they want to see in particular.

also from coming back from WV to see my nephew... I found out he got the OF THE PERSON from me to keep my mother from taking my SSDI checks even though they say they have proof but don't really have anything other then having the address where they went... urgh...

So they are talking about banning me from seeing my own mother but we are also putting a stop to that via they cant anyways since the courts said otherwise....

My stepmother I hope to see face charges from the courts soon via she is committing CONTEMPT all the time... urghhhh

Will be getting a brand new computer anyways with my FA to come in... a lot easier than hunting parts for my old comp where I need hard to find stuff to get it to work like todays new....

Well got myself a new computer with my financial aid and almost got evicted for it even though the FA is suppose to have stayed seperate since they claim they are the PAYEE'S for everything... but they are not! just SSDI and Hud is all... my FA is suppoe to be seperate... but will have that taken care of here later today

did find out that my dad and that evil thing that he calls a wife is trying to start something again now they are saying i cant go to kentucky with my classmates to a convention... urghhh working on getting an override of theyre decision now... just waiting on some people to call back...

How is everyone... I just got a chance to post but i came back from a funeral of my uncle's we had to go to...

So i am back and working on possible funding for some deals just waiting on emails back from him...

Dean talked about going in reverse from how I want to feel when I get up in the morning and when I go to bed.
The only thing I want to feel is HAPPY for once in my life without having someone in particular say "Your getting scammed, we must stop you" nonsense...

How would I get there...

1. Make some people move quicker by finding out what is going on.

2. If nothing is going on then I guess it will be up to me basically to DQ myself from the idiot group home I was shoved in... and find the doctor whom will help me without the group homes ok for they never will authorize it via it will be done the courts way not theyre way which is what they want.

3. Then by the time I get thrown out and have to move back in with my father I will just have to wait some time for the courts to call us back in for I wont tell my dad(Guardian) that I did for if I do I'm afraid that either I or him or his witch wife (shes a step parent whom thinks shes above the law and will so be stopped anyways) will end up in jail or the hospital or both. so I will becareful...

4. I will need ALOT of PRAYERS!!!
