OfflineIt's been a very long road for me. I figured I would begin a journal this time so I can hold myself accountable.
Am I scared? Absolutely. I've tried others in the past and when i found Dean's articles and videos, I knew who I must listen to. About 2 years ago, I joined the DG Family and well, had so many naysayers that I just gave up. I tried, got scared, and RAN!
I'm so tired of running away that I am ready to push forward. I'm not going to give up anymore. I know I will need Dean and the entire DG family for this endeavor. I know my why's. I have had this in my heart for the past two years but was so afraid to take the first step. Well, here I am and I'm not backing down to fear anymore.
I will be looking at all the information on both this site and the Insider Elite. I will be reading other members journals and asking a lot of questions. So please forgive me in advance for stupid questions.
I can't wait to make connections in the DG Family and LEARN, LEARN, LEARN!!

It's great that you are starting a journal. My advice: If you haven't already, buy Dean's book "30 days to Real Estate Cash". Also, stay away from naysayers.
