NEED ADVICE FOR INVESTOR AD

I have been advised to be careful about "pooling" money to buy properties. It may be cleaner to find several investors and "partner up" one per property. Then the ones you build confident relationships you may end up doing many deals with. Getting to know someone and being able to trust them completely is vital in my opinion.

I recently contacted PMI about their mentorship program and grilled the saleman about the company and practices. I was told some things one way but then was sent the warranty for the mentorship and it does not coinside with what I was told. I have been burned by mentorships before and now very wary. can anyone make me feel better about this particular one.

we are in okc , at this time we are in peru where my wife is from but just signed a contract on a house and hope to wholesale as soon as we get back to okc we do have alot of opportunities here and we are very new .i just finished dean book my wife is starting but we are both so excited thanks for the encouragement and hope to keep in touch

There is a program out by Alan Cowgill that covers all the legal do's and don't regarding private funding. It runs about $5000 for the seminar, however, you can get the CD's on eBay for a song. If you serious about doing this i would suggest looking into this program. Alan has done his homework.
