Refinancing

Hi All,

Does anyone know how easy/difficult to refinance a property that is fully paid for in this current market?

Refinancing

The ability to get a loan on a free and clear property will hinge on your credit score. If you have decent credit and can show repayment ability there are mortgage lenders who will lend 60% to 75% of its current value. Call around and ask some lenders what they would be willing to do.
