So Close to a Big Deal

I really just want to Vent right now...Why you ask, well I Have a Deal working that is a Multi Million Dollar Deal..The Deal goes like this. I have a Partner that Has alot of Bulk Packages NationWide So I Told him that I have Buyers For him..I talked to my Buyer Yesterday and they Talked to my Partner Yesterday also..Everything went good My Partner put together a Bulk List of Properties my Buyer Wanted.Now My Buyer Is A Buyer Rep..So everybody Liked the property.They wanted to Close Next Week...Today I got a copy of all the contract..My Buyer called me and said that his BUyer doesnt want to pay my Partners Fee.Im not worried about me because He pays me...So Now we are at a stand still because he dont want to pay my Partner his fee.My Partner is getting these Properties from the bank..The Bank isnt going to pay my Partner a Fee..So Now Im just pulling my Hair out trying to figure out How to handle this

Wow

Wow Im just having a Very Bad day with deals..I just got another call from a buyer Saying that they will not be move forward with the Atlanta Properties Because they are just not in the Good Area they are Looking for...So there goes a $2.6 million Deal..Maybe If I go to bed now maybe Tomorrow will be Better

Find another buyer

If one won't and the deals make sense, others will.

Never let them see you sweat.

You'll figure it out.

Battle scars

We all have them and this is a learning process

Me being the pessimist I am, and this worked well for me want to know, is your partnership a legal one or is this a friend you can trust???

I ask because i've seen many of these 'dead' deals alive, but a side arrangement was made and one party was left out.

Were both parties ever able to communicate without you???

Trust

I have 2 very good Buyers that Send me a copy of every Email sent to my Partner.My Partner is very Trust Worthy..So Im not afraid of been cut out of the Picture..The Buyer thats not moving forward with the Atlanta Property he is still Looking thru another Package from TX..We just have to figure out how my Partner will be getting paid
