I need to know how to word a birddog ad that will get results and what kind of information they are to fetch for me ?

Just a side note

Putting up fliers at community colleges for "interns" can yield great results. These kids are looking to get experience so they can put it on their resume, so they will actually want to work for free as an intern. HTH
