I am thinking of getting this as this looks very convenient to use without use a ladder and the way it is able to hold stuff in that tool. Any feedback would be great!

My thought is that it might work well in some examples. But let's look at the situation carefully.
In Las Vegas, Nevada, there are only a very few areas that still have wooden poles for utilities. Since the early 80's all utility lines have now been placed under-ground. Stapling to medal light poles doesn't work here.
Also, if I need to climb a ladder to put up a bandit-sign...isn't that maybe a little too high for it to be viewed properly by the passers-bye? And how will I hold the sign that high to keep it in place while stapling it to the pole without a ladder anyway?
If this works for you, though, go with it.
