I have heard different opinions and was hoping to hear what others here think. Do you stage your houses and if so, to what extent? If not, why not? I have heard recently from 2 different sources that they always stage now and if they would of known it before, they would of started from the beginning. Thoughts?!

depending on the house and what I am using the house for. Houses under $150K that I am flipping: NO. Over $150K: YES If I am using the house for a lease/option then the answer is always that I use a couple well placed pieces to increase their "hominess". A couple of pictures for the walls, a table and chairs in the dining room where I can work on the agreement, etc.

My house is not $150k so if it was yours it would be a no go. We have had plenty of showings so far and everyone loves it. We have had great reviews from realtors about comments their clients have said. But it seems like the size, 1299 sq ft is bothering most, so I was thinking of staging it so it would show how it fits everything one could need. Thoughts?
