Hi there, Anita! That's quite kind of you to check up on the DG fam. Although I'm not a student of Dean's Success Academy, I do highly value Dean's input and this site. I'm waiting for the BPOs to come back on 2 short sale properties I put under contract with the sellers a couple of months ago. I'm currently working on a 3rd short sale. I also plan to enter my first rehab project by July of this year. I'm glad all is well with you.
Life is good, glad to hear everything is great on your end. I'm one of the newbies I guess to the DG family, but we are making great progress... have a few deals to look at this weekend, and still waiting for that first YES!!
But we are blessed and we are motivated, and can feel that first deal coming soon. Have a wonderful weekend, thanks for checking in
