Buyers want/need to buy,but many have turned down by lenders-so HELP them.
Renters want a place to live-- so HELP them.

The MORE you HELP people, the more they will tell ALL their friends and family about you.

owner finance---do it...just HELP ppl
IF you're just out for all the money you can make by taking advantage of people, THEY WILL tell ALL their friends and family about you when you do that too, and how bad you cheated them and ripped them off!!!!!!

good topic as there are a lot out there no doubt to make as much money as they can the first time around and then try to make even more on other deals and try to get rich quick. I god wanted me to be rich I would of been born that way, I am the type that believes in working for everything I have and if I can help some one I do my best to give a helping hand too.

I agree in some points of you should help people, but no one gets into this saying "I want to make money but i'll feel incomplete if I don't help people get to the same level as I do"
Also most people don't help others unless there is something to benefit them. All of which I have no problem with.
A part of me feels that there are people in this business who's idea of getting help is having that person doing all the work or holding their hands. Sometimes you just don't have the time and those who can't catch up just get left behind.
Not about right or wrong; just it is what it is.
What i'm confused about is your statement about you more than it is a general motivational POV??? Just asking
